What data we process
- Server logs: IP address, timestamp, user agent, requested URL — kept up to 30 days to ensure stable operation.
- Reservations & enquiries: Name, phone, email, date/time, party size, message — sent via WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Event bookings (birthdays, private events): Contact details and event details to organise your celebration.
Legal basis
- Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures & contract performance (reservations, events).
- Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure website operation (server logs).
- Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR — consent (e.g. non-essential cookies, newsletter).
Retention
Reservation and event data are kept until the event takes place plus up to 12 months. Enquiries without follow-up are deleted after 6 months. Tax-relevant records are retained for 7 years per §132 BAO.
Recipients & third-party services
- WhatsApp (Meta Ireland Ltd.) — when you reserve via WhatsApp, Meta's privacy terms apply.
- Email provider — your email enquiries are processed within the EU.
- Hosting — website delivery via Lovable / Cloudflare (EU edge).
- We currently do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or third-party reservation widgets. Should this change, we will request your consent beforehand.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection at any time. Please contact office@nanog.at.
Right to lodge a complaint: Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna — dsb.gv.at.
Newsletter & email marketing
We only send newsletters with prior opt-in (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by emailing office@nanog.at.
